Job summary

Experimental Porto Infante Sagres Restaurant in Porto is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen across all F&B outlets, ensuring outstanding food quality and guest experience. You will work closely with hotel operations to deliver menus that reflect the brand and Brazilian-inspired cuisine in a five-star setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Culinary education or equivalent professional training; strong knowledge of international cuisine and presentation.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills with ability to develop and motivate teams across multiple outlets.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; able to operate in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen across all F&B outlets, ensuring high food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee menu development, recipes, cost control, and HACCP hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with restaurant, bars and hotel departments for a cohesive guest experience.
• Monitor stock, costs and procurement; manage opening and closing procedures of all kitchens.
