JobCenter in Braga, Portugal, seeks a skilled Chef de Cuisine to oversee all kitchen operations. This full-time role involves menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining high quality and presentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, extensive cooking knowledge, and fluency in Portuguese; English is a plus. Open to local or relocation candidates; salary is 1500$ per month.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Portuguese fluency; English is a plus.
