MicroHarvest in Lisbon is offering a part-time HR internship (20h/week) for 6–12 months, ideal for students pursuing HR or Business studies. You will screen CVs, coordinate interviews, support onboarding and offboarding, and help manage HR records and payroll inputs.

The role provides hands-on ownership, mentorship, and a vibrant Lisbon office within a diverse team. This position emphasizes confidentiality, accurate admin, and process improvement while contributing to sustainability in the food

Qualificações

• You’re studying HR, Business or a related field and can commit 20h/week for ~ 6 -12 months.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• CV screening & interview coordination.
• Onboarding & offboarding.
• HR administration: maintaining records and HRIS data.
• People projects: engagement surveys, learning sessions, employer branding.
• Payroll & benefits inputs: visa paperwork and benefit enrolments.
