Nordea Asset Management NAM Portugal in Lisbon is offering an HR internship to join our diverse team. You will support a wide range of HR deliveries and work closely with colleagues across Portugal, Luxembourg and the Nordics.

Based in Oeiras, this 100% on-site program develops collaboration, organization and learning through recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits, health & safety, training and culture initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources (preferable) or related field such as Social Sciences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR deliveries across Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll Administration and Benefits.
• Assist Health & Safety, Training and Culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-national teams in Portugal, Luxembourg and the Nordics.
