MicroHarvest GmbH in Lisbon invites enthusiastic students to join our human resources team as an internship focused on HR administration, onboarding and candidate coordination. You’ll learn how to screen CVs, organize interviews, maintain HRIS data and support employer branding while contributing to sustainable food innovation.

You’ll work ~20 hours per week for 6–12 months, receive mentorship from an experienced team and gain hands-on experience shaping our people processes in a fast-growing

Qualificações

• You’re studying HR, Business or a related field and can commit 20h/week for ~ 6-12 months.
• Passion for HR fundamentals: accuracy in admin, respect for confidentiality and an eye for process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• CV screening & interview coordination – You’ll review applications and schedule interviews.
• Onboarding & offboarding – You’ll organize day-one logistics and farewell checklists.
• HR administration – You’ll keep records and HRIS data up to date.
• People projects – You’ll assist with engagement surveys or employer-branding campaigns.
• Payroll & benefits inputs – You’ll collect monthly changes and benefit enrollments.

• People projects – You’ll lend a hand on engagement surveys, learning sessions or employer-branding campaigns and see how people analytics translates into real initiatives.
• Payroll & benefits inputs – You’ll collect monthly changes, visa paperwork and benefit enrolments and understand the checks that keep salaries and perks running on time.

Requirements

• You’re studying HR, Business or a related field and can commit20h/week for ~ 6 -12 months
• Passion for HR fundamentals: accuracy in admin, respect for confidentiality and an eye for process improvement.
• Clear, friendly communicator inEnglish(Portuguese is a plus).
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, switching between detail work and people interaction.
