Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to build and lead a team of architects, shaping the architecture vision and roadmap across multiple engineering domains. You will align with Enterprise Architecture to translate long-term targets into pragmatic guidance and drive end-to-end alignment of business capabilities.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in Software or Solution Architecture.
• Proven leadership experience (team lead, chapter lead, technical lead, or architecture manager).
• Strong hands-on background in software engineering with modern programming languages.
• Solid experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English level B2 (Upper Intermediate) or above, written and spoken.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and domain-driven design (preferred).
• Familiarity with NIS2 or similar regulatory/compliance frameworks (preferred).
• Background in fault-tolerant, cloud-native distributed systems at scale (preferred).
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a team of Solution Architects.
• Translate long-term target architecture into pragmatic guidance with Enterprise Architecture.
• Own the Solution Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple engineering domains.
• Drive end-to-end alignment across business capabilities.
• Manage technical debt.
• Enforce standards for high availability, disaster recovery, and risk management, including NIS2 compliance.
• Promote event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and API-first development.
• Stay hands-on with high-availability, cloud-native distributed systems at massive scale.
