Brisa Group is hiring an experienced Platform Engineering Team Leader to steer the Platform Engineering function, enabling faster, more secure software delivery. You will mix people leadership with a strong technical vision to empower development teams with robust developer experience, CI/CD, DevSecOps tooling, and platform modernization.

You will partner with Architecture, Security and Software Engineering to set standards, governance and best practices across the SDLC, while driving automation

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Experience leading technical teams in Platform/DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, IaC, containers, CI/CD.
• Experience with DevOps toolchains and observability.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps and governance.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineering Team Leader to lead our Platform Engineering function and drive the evolution of our internal software development platform. This position combines people leadership with strong technical vision and will be responsible for enabling development teams to deliver software faster, more securely and with greater reliability. You will lead the team responsible for Developer Experience, CI/CD, DevSecOps tooling, engineering governance, platform modernization and AI-assisted software development, ensuring engineering teams have the platforms, processes and tools required to build and operate high-quality software at scale.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor and develop the Platform Engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement;
• Define and execute the Platform Engineering roadmap, ensuring the evolution of the platforms, tools and processes that support software development and delivery;
• Drive automation, reliability, security and operational excellence across the engineering ecosystem, including CI/CD, cloud platforms and engineering tooling;
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, Security and Software Engineering teams to establish standards, governance and best practices across the SDLC;
• Lead platform modernization initiatives and contribute to the adoption of technologies that improve scalability, efficiency and developer productivity.

What We're Looking For

• Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field;
• Previous experience leading technical teams in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE or Software Engineering environments;
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, container technologies and CI/CD practices;
• Experience with engineering and DevOps toolchains, including source control, automation, code quality, security and observability solutions;
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure software development practices and software delivery governance;
• Professional proficiency in English.
