Spinnable in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring for a hands-on, customer-facing role to own each deployment from start to finish. You will understand operational problems, configure AI workers, test everything, launch with customers, and support early activation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer discovery and identify a valuable, realistic first workflow.
• Define scope and set clear expectations for the deployment.
• Configure Spinnable workers, integrations, context, permissions, and review rules.
• Test and troubleshoot the solution before launch.
• Train the customer and guide them through early activation.
• Turn recurring deployment patterns into reusable templates and product feedback.
