Spinnable builds AI workers that help companies carry out real work across their tools and teams. We are looking for a technically minded business person - or a business-minded technical person to help our customers put those workers to work. You will own each customer deployment from beginning to end: understand the operational problem, choose the right first workflow, configure and test the AI worker, launch it with the customer, and support its early activation. This is a hands‑on individual‑contributor role. It is not strategy‑only, pre‑sales, or people management. You will work directly with customers and personally make each deployment successful.
AI workers will only become mainstream if companies can move from "this looks impressive" to "this is doing valuable work in our business." You will work directly on that challenge. You will see where customers struggle, turn ambiguous needs into working deployments, and help shape how Spinnable approaches customer activation. Your experience in the field will also influence our product, templates, and implementation model. This is an opportunity to help define how companies adopt AI workers- not from a distance, but by making them work in practice.
You may come from
consulting, implementation, product, technical operations, automation, or a similar environment.
You probably have
at least two years of relevant professional experience, but we care more about what you have owned and delivered than the number of years on your CV.
You should be: Comfortable working directly with customers Able to turn unclear business problems into focused, practical solutions Hands‑on and willing to configure, test, and troubleshoot workflows yourself Comfortable learning software tools and working with integrations, data, and permissions Structured enough to manage scope without overengineering Fluent in Portuguese, with near-native, customer‑grade English Based in Lisbon and comfortable working from our office Coding is not required. Curiosity, ownership, practical judgment, and the ability to make things work are essential. If you enjoy turning ambiguous operational problems into working systems, we would like to hear from you.
