Talkdesk, Inc. in Porto, Portugal is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist, Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region. You will act as a trusted consultant and AI thought leader, design AI solutions, and deploy cutting‑edge AI agents that deliver measurable value.

You will lead executive workshops, own end‑to‑end customer engagements, and build scalable deployment playbooks while partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering to bring solutions to life.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a customer-facing, technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting.
• Experience educating customers on AI trends and business impact.
• Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle from discovery to deployment and value realization.
• Lead workshops as a strategic consultant and build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Design, build, and iterate on AI agents in customer workflows.
• Create and refine deployment playbooks and processes for scalable AI programs.
• Identify high-impact use cases and connect them to business value.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the AI platform.
