Job summary

Bounce is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Demand Growth, in Lisbon to own Acquisition and Conversion pods. The role focuses on SEO, AI-driven discovery, paid marketing, and partnerships, with the aim of growing GMV through improved traffic quality and conversion.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, SEO, and performance marketing to drive data-driven bets and iterative experiments. You’ll own end-to-end funnel optimization, building scalable channels, and prioritizing experiments

Qualifications

• Senior Product Manager with growth-focused experience owning acquisition and conversion outcomes.
• Data-literate with ability to run analyses and translate results into product direction.
• Hands-on contributor in small elite teams; autonomous yet collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI heavily in daily work.
• Run experiments, prioritize, and prune the losers quickly.
• Build and scale new acquisition channels in the first year.
• Lift booking conversion rate by 15% in the first year.
• Pull your own data and analyze with AI tools.
• Report into Product leader and collaborate with Growth leader.
