inGamba Bike Tours is seeking a Marketing Manager in Lisbon (remote considered for the right candidate). You will own the marketing engine, driving leads, enquiries and bookings across digital channels with close collaboration to the Creative Director and Head of Sales.

A strong background in email, website, and social, plus AI tools, is essential. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, knowledge of Klaviyo, Wordpress, GA4, Google Ads, and content creation.

Qualificações

• 4+ years' hands-on marketing experience with ownership of email, website and social
• Proficient with AI tools, ideally Claude
• Hands-on with Klaviyo, Wordpress, GA4 and scheduling tools
• Attention to detail: prices, dates and trip details must be right
• Track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and able to juggle multiple channels
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of cycling world and brands
• Experience in travel, hospitality or luxury brands
• Experience marketing to UK, Europe or Asia
• Portuguese, Italian or another European language

Responsabilidades

• Run marketing engine day to day and improve it
• Own channels that turn interest into enquiries and bookings
• Develop marketing strategies across destinations and experiences
• Collaborate with Creative Director on content and Head of Sales on pipeline
• Plan seasonal campaigns and content calendar with the team
• Coordinate with guides and operations to capture authentic content
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners
• Oversee email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing
• Grow newsletter subscribers and engagement
• Analyze performance and adjust tactics
