Job summary

Improvado, an AI-powered marketing data platform, is seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to own the website's performance end to end. You’ll handle technical health, AI search optimization, and conversion-focused improvements in a remote-first setup.

You’ll work with product, design, and engineering to shape how we present the product online, run experiments, and build dashboards tying organic traffic to pipeline in EST hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SEO and website optimization with measurable growth.
• Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of site rendering.
• Willing to work in EST and US East Coast hours.
• Hands-on GEO or AI search optimization experience.
• Strong analytics with GA4, GSC, and BI dashboards.
• Proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog).
• Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health of the site, including crawlability and core web vitals.
• Optimize for AI search and ensure brand is citable in AI contexts.
• Improve page performance and conversion paths; run experiments.
• Build dashboards linking organic/onsite behavior to pipeline.
• Oversee tracking quality across GA4, Search Console, and related tools.
• Provide product messaging input based on search demand.
