JobCloud AG in Porto, Portugal is hiring a SEO & GEO Manager to own end-to-end optimization of Swiss job platforms’ visibility. You will drive SEO strategy, coordinate with engineers, and use AI-enabled workflows to scale content and data signals across multiple markets.

You bring 4+ years of hands-on SEO for large-scale sites, strong technical SEO skills, multilingual experience, and a collaborative mindset to translate data into measurable growth. Hybrid/onsite, with opportunities for travel.

Qualificações

• Deep technical SEO knowledge including architecture and indexing.
• Experience scaling content with AI and structured data.

Responsabilidades

• Own SEO and GEO initiatives end to end across platforms.
• Audit competitor sites and set priorities by demand and impact.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy fixes and prototypes.
• Lead digital PR and data-driven outreach using market insights.
• Analyze organic performance and AI visibility, iterate on strategies.
