SimpleStudy is seeking an experienced product leader to guide the product function for both consumer and B2B schools roadmap across multiple countries. You will shape direction and structure, owning core metrics and collaborating with engineering and design to ship initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of product experience, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to define process and roadmap in a fast-paced startup. Based in Portugal, Lisbon preferred.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of product experience, including staff-level scope.
• Owning product across multiple lines or surfaces simultaneously.
• Strong quantitative, data-driven decision making.
• Experience with engineering and design in a small, high-autonomy team.
• Product sense with commercial judgment.
• Ability to define process and roadmap structure from scratch in a fast-moving startup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Based in Portugal, preferably in Lisbon, or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Core metrics: engagement, retention, and conversion, etc.
• Day-to-day partnership with engineering and design to scope, prioritise, and ship
• Roadmap process and structure for the product org as we scale past founder-led prioritisation
• Product strategy and execution across multiple surfaces at once.
• Representing product thinking clearly to founders, engineers, and other stakeholders across both business lines.
