The International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) seeks an internationally recognised leader to head the 2D Materials & Devices Research Group in Braga, Portugal. You will build a world-class program combining wafer-scale growth, nanofabrication and device integration, leveraging state-of-the-art facilities and collaborations across Europe.

Qualificações

• PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Materials Science or related fields.
• Proven leadership with impactful publications and innovative research.
• Experience with device fabrication and 2D materials synthesis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an internationally competitive research programme in scalable 2D material device technologies.
• Exploit INL core facilities to establish innovative device platforms.
• Develop electronic, optoelectronic, ionic and sensing devices based on 2D materials.
• Set ambitious research directions blending growth, fabrication and integration.
• Secure funding from national, European and international programmes.
