INL - International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory in Braga seeks a PhD-qualified researcher for its Sotomayor Research Group. This position focuses on nanophononics research involving calculations of lattice dynamics and phonon transport phenomena.

Qualificações
- Postgraduate-level research experience in semiconductors and metals.
- Hands-on experience with density functional theory (DFT) applied to metals.
- Strong skills in scripting (Python/Bash) and workflow automation.
Responsabilidades
- Perform calculations of lattice dynamics and phonon calculations.
- Carry out planned and new experiments, analysis of data, and publication of results.
