• Meet and consistently exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality benchmarks.
• Stay current with product and service knowledge updates to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers at all times.
• Native or fluent Greek language proficiency - both spoken and written - is absolutely essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants).
• A good working knowledge of English for internal communications and team collaboration within the Customer Support Services environment.
