Konecta, a multinational BPO, is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Greek to join a professional team supporting an international fashion brand in Lisbon.

You will handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email; maintain records; and collaborate with the team to improve service. Requirements include native or near-native Greek (C1/C2), at least C1 English, and experience in customer service, with CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native fluency in Greek (C1/C2).
• At least C1 level of English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing skill development programs.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
