C&D Talent Advisory - Academy in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Greek-speaking customer support specialist to join an international team delivering excellent experiences for Greek users. This on-site role includes relocation support for work-permitted candidates.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat in Greek, assist with account questions and service issues, document interactions in internal systems, and maintain high service quality during peak periods. English B2 or higher is required.

Qualificações

• Greek (C1/C2) mandatory.
• English (B2) or higher.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Greek.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, product questions, and service issues.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Handle high contact volumes during promotion periods.
• Follow platform policies and service standards to resolve customer cases efficiently.
