Willis Towers Watson is seeking a dynamic Business and Portfolio Analyst to join Willis Neuron. The role focuses on governance, controls, and Company Secretary matters, while coordinating committee secretarial activities and supporting project delivery across the Neuron operation.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, drive governance improvements, and provide analytical insight to enhance performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Experience establishing operational policies and procedures.
• Experience managing governance within a regulated environment.
• Experience collaborating with C-Suite / Executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance, controls, and Company Secretary related items.
• Lead committee secretarial administration including scheduling, agendas and minutes.
• Provide advisory input on Company Secretary matters and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
