WTW in Lisbon is seeking a dynamic Business and Governance Manager to join Willis Neuron Operations Team. You will support governance, controls, and Company Secretary matters, and lead committee secretarial administration to ensure alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements.

You will manage governance frameworks, monitor compliance, advise on board matters, prepare minutes, and coordinate across C‑suite stakeholders on varied projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear accountability.

Qualificações

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience establishing operational policies and procedures
• Experience managing governance in a regulated environment
• Experience working with C‑Suite/Executive stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
