CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta, Portugal, seeks a Golf Experience Coordinator to elevate every visit for members and guests. You will welcome guests, ensure golf carts are ready, manage the practice range, handle bags, keep the facility clean, and maintain an organized environment. English is essential; Portuguese is a bonus.

This role offers a dynamic outdoor setting with a focus on hospitality and delivering VIP experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience handling member/guest relations with courtesy.
• Ability to adapt to varied shifts and outdoor conditions.
• Proactive, friendly approach to guest experiences.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a bonus.
• Valid driver’s license and safe golf cart operation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
• Maintain golf carts in top condition, charged and clean.
• Manage the practice range and ensure balls are stocked.
• Handle bag storage and prep for members and guests.
• Keep carts organized and the bag storage area tidy.
• Polish clubs and maintain facility cleanliness.

As a Golf Experience Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our mission to make every visit to CostaTerra truly special. From welcoming guests with a smile to making sure every golf detail is perfect; your role will play a key part in shaping the CostaTerra experience.

What you will do?

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Make every member and guest feel like VIPs by creating a welcoming atmosphere and anticipating their needs.
• Maintain Golf Carts: Ensure carts are in perfect condition - fully charged, clean, and ready for action.
• Range Management: Keep the practice area stocked with golf balls, tidy, and organized so everyone can enjoy their practice time.
• Bag Handling: Safely and efficiently store and prepare members' and guests' golf bags.
• Organized and Efficient: Assist in organizing carts and maintaining a clean and organized bag storage area.
• Take Pride in Cleanliness: Clean golf clubs and ensure the entire facility is top-notch, showing your attention to detail.

• Physical Stamina: You'll be on your feet for long periods and may need to lift up to 25kg.
• Seasonal Adaptability: Ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions, making every season an opportunity for growth
