You will welcome guests, ensure golf carts are ready, manage the practice range, handle bags, keep the facility clean, and maintain an organized environment. English is essential; Portuguese is a bonus.

This role offers a dynamic outdoor setting with a focus on hospitality and delivering VIP experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience handling member/guest relations with courtesy.
• Ability to adapt to varied shifts and outdoor conditions.
• Proactive, friendly approach to guest experiences.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a bonus.
• Valid driver’s license and safe golf cart operation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
• Maintain golf carts in top condition, charged and clean.
• Manage the practice range and ensure balls are stocked.
• Handle bag storage and prep for members and guests.
• Keep carts organized and the bag storage area tidy.
• Polish clubs and maintain facility cleanliness.
