CostaTerra - Sociedade Imobiliária de Grândola, Lda. is seeking a Golf Experience Coordinator in Comporta, Portugal. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by anticipating needs and delivering VIP service to our international members and guests.

Responsibilities include cart maintenance, range management, bag handling, and ensuring a clean, organized facility. The role requires strong English communication and a flexible schedule, with a positive, team-driven approach.

Qualificações

• Excellent English communication; Portuguese is a bonus.
• Experience in guest relations or hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive, energetic attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to drive golf carts and assist members and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, creating a VIP experience.
• Maintain golf carts: charged, clean and ready for use.
• Manage range area: stock balls, keep it tidy and organized.
• Assist with bag handling and storage for members and guests.
• Keep the facility clean and orderly, with attention to detail.

As a Golf Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to make every visit to CostaTerra truly special.

What you will do?

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Make every member and guest feel like VIPs by creating a welcoming atmosphere and anticipating their needs.
• Maintain Golf Carts: Ensure carts are in perfect condition – fully charged, clean, and ready for action.
• Range Management: Keep the practice area stocked with golf balls, tidy, and organized so everyone can enjoy their practice time.
• Bag Handling: Safely and efficiently store and prepare members’ and guests’ golf bags.
• Organized and Efficient: Assist in organizing carts and maintaining a clean and organized bag storage area.
• Take Pride in Cleanliness: Clean golf clubs and ensure the entire facility is top-notch, showing your attention to detail.

• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to safely drive a golf cart and park members’ cars.

• Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet for long periods and may need to lift up to 25kg.
• Seasonal Adaptability: Ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions, making every season an opportunity for growth.
