Qualifications

• Academic degree in technology, engineering, business, management or related field.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Proven experience leading transformation, automation or AI initiatives.
• Strong project and program management skills including planning, prioritization and delivery.
• Ability to connect business and technical teams to define scalable solutions.
• Track record of driving innovation in global environments.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and matrix structures.

Responsibilities

• Own the innovation and transformation agenda for Investments and GSD Portugal.
• Lead strategic pilots and transformation projects with a focus on automation and AI delivering measurable business value.
• Set roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics; track delivery against outcomes.
• Partner with business and technical teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor teams and strengthen transformation skills across the organization.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Serve as the main contact for innovation and transformation delivery across Investments and GSD Portugal.
