Marsh is seeking a Client Servicing Analyst for its MAPS team in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly, and involves supporting MercerInsight users and internal consultants across global clients.

You will work with Investment Consulting, Research, Due Diligence, and ESG teams, and help evolve services for external MercerInsight subscribers over time.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2).
• Experience in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and multitasking is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively, with a track record of identifying creative solutions.
• Proven client service aptitude - you understand that great support is both technical and relational.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline resolution and troubleshooting for MercerInsight platform queries.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions.
• Monitor query patterns to inform platform development and training opportunities.
• Support user setup, onboarding, and complex functionality requests.
• Collaborate with fund researchers and guide consultants through transitions to new systems.
