• Strong storytelling and candidate experience focus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Maintain key dashboards, track KPIs, and derive insights to optimize talent attraction strategies.
• Contribute to Alumni Project by building and nurturing the alumni network and engagement.
• Support content for Professionals and keep strategy and content portfolio up to date.
• Collaborate on global campaigns and talent attraction initiatives with stakeholders.
• Research market trends and candidate expectations to inform innovative ideas and recommendations.
• Support employer branding initiatives across topics like Diversity & Inclusion.
