Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support process design and improvements aligned with global HR.
• Handle HR feedback cases in Jira; assess, route, and test solutions.
• Maintain global process documentation and update flow charts.
• Participate in global process harmonization activities.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and MyHR teams to improve hiring processes and tools.
