Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, Management, or International Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support processes within the Communication team.
• Maintain quality and accuracy of Finance processes.
• Provide information to internal and external business partners.
• Communicate with partners to resolve payment/invoicing requests.
• Handle communications via Outlook, internal systems, and phone in a timely, professional manner.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Extract reports, analyze data, and provide insights for business decisions.
• Assist in maintaining supplier accounts and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Reconcile supplier balances and resolve discrepancies.
