Continental is seeking a Global Talent Management Specialist to drive talent development across Technology and Global Segments Tires. You will partner with leaders, HRBPs and CoE to shape strong talent pipelines and leadership capabilities worldwide.

You will design and manage global programs, oversee succession planning, and promote an inclusive workplace culture while collaborating with internal and external partners. 30% travel is expected.

Qualificações

• University degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Psychology, or other comparable qualification.
• Several years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development and/or HRBP functions.
• Experience in designing and managing global talent, leadership and organizational development initiatives in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global talent management and succession initiatives across Technology and Global Segments Tires.
• Develop leadership development programs and onboarding initiatives; monitor program effectiveness.
• Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across Technology and Global Segments Tires.
