Continental in Portugal is seeking an engineer to drive high‑level Off‑the‑Road tire development, from initial concept to testing and field feedback. You will work at the intersection of product development, technology, and manufacturing, taking ownership of tasks early on.
You will collaborate with seasoned specialists and handle tasks such as defining specifications, planning testing programs, and supporting industrialization of OTR tires, while traveling as needed to meet project goals.

You can shape the tire from a simulation of the first idea, via the testing of prototypes in our plants to incorporating market feedback during its use in the field.
