Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Director in the GBF People Management Team to lead talent development and governance for the most senior cohorts. You will partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to bring the SBST vision to life, ensuring rigorous, consistent processes and cross‑functional alignment across the firm.

The role requires 10+ years in a service‑oriented environment with HR or consulting exposure, plus ability to manage global programs and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with demonstrated high academic achievement in a relevant subject.
• 10+ years of professional experience within a service‑oriented company.
• Strong experience either within HR/people team, or in a consulting firm (or any other professional services company).
• Strong experience of supporting development and implementation of new talent, performance or promotion processes preferable.
• Strong experience in all standard MS Office software products and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong experience of Workday desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive the GBF PMT talent development agenda for the most senior cohorts.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to understand talent priorities and work with Global SDCs to implement the SBST vision.
• Manage SBST talent cycle globally with governance and consistency across the cohort.
• Coordinate promotions, calibration reviews, and meeting materials with senior leaders.
• Enable transparency and governance across GBF for SBST outcomes while maintaining compliance and consistency.
• Lead on SBST cohort projects and initiatives and partner with Global Talent team on policies and metrics.
