Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Global Employee Relations professional to shape and govern ER practices across the firm. You will lead high-risk investigations, build scalable training interventions, and partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure policy adherence and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders worldwide, drive ER capability, and enhance the employee experience by delivering robust case management and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Must have senior ER experience including investigations and training in a large multinational.
• Ability to lead complex investigations and advise senior leaders on sensitive matters.
• Experience building ER toolkits and practical solutions for independent use.
• Proven track record delivering scalable ER training interventions.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the global ER Operating model to meet changing organizational needs.
• Build ER capability and consistency across the firm using AI and other tools for efficiency.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
• Lead and manage high-risk ER matters and investigations, including those with senior stakeholders.
• Audit HR practices to ensure regulatory compliance and data-driven reporting.
