Unit4 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Programme Intern to help design, organise and launch our internship and early careers programme from Lisbon. You’ll own an international project, creating a clear, repeatable programme with practical guidance for interns, managers and mentors.

You will gain experience in programme management, recruitment operations, university engagement and data, collaborating with teams across countries and functions. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Pursuing a degree in listed fields is preferred.
• No recruitment experience required; willingness to learn and contribute.

Responsabilidades

• Design, organise and launch Unit4’s internship programme across locations.
• Create a repeatable programme with clear delivery plan and templates.
• Coordinate with universities, hiring managers and mentors.
• Support intern journey from attraction to onboarding and review.
• Gather feedback and identify improvements for future cohorts.
