A Randstad Digital, localizada em Portugal, recrutará um Global SharePoint Specialist para integrar uma multinacional do setor industrial em Ovar. Regime híbrido (2 dias presenciais + 3 dias remotos).

Requisitos: 3–5 anos em função similar, SPFx, SharePoint Online/On-Premises, e forte domínio do ecossistema Microsoft 365. Oferece benefícios e oportunidades de desenvolvimento.

Qualifications

• Experiência em administração de SharePoint Online e SharePoint On-Premises (ambientes híbridos)

Responsibilities

• Implementar, desenvolver e manter soluções corporativas de SharePoint e serviços web
• Criar templates centralizados de SharePoint e supervisionar a sua aplicação
• Gerir projetos SharePoint e serviços web globais
• Realizar manutenção técnica de ferramentas existentes e colaborar no desenvolvimento de novas features

responsabilidades chave

• Implementation & Maintenance: Implement, develop, and maintain corporate SharePoint and Web services solutions.
• Architecture & Templates: Create and define centralized SharePoint templates (Team sites, Project sites, lists) and oversee their application.
• Project Management: Manage or actively participate in global SharePoint and Web services projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Perform technical maintenance of existing tools, analyze and optimize system performance, and collaborate on scoping and developing new features.
• Infrastructure & Operations: Deploy, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot distributed or centralized SharePoint environments and active web applications.
• Incident Resolution & Support: Provide 2nd-level technical support and resolve complex incidents across web services and SharePoint.
• Governance & Documentation: Define functional requirements, security standards, backup policies, operational processes, and user manuals.

competências

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, IT Management, or a related field.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in a similar role (experience within industrial environments is a strong plus).
• Proven track record administering both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On‑Premises (hybrid environments).
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Hands‑on development experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Solid technical proficiency in:

• C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET
• JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML5 / CSS3
• PowerShell scripting

Nice to Have:

• Practical experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Graph API.
• Background in large‑scale SharePoint migrations (On‑Premises to Cloud).
• Working knowledge of SQL Server.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, SharePoint, or Azure).

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus
