Job summary

Randstad Portugal is recruiting a SharePoint Specialist to strengthen its digital workplace solutions. You will implement, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Web services, creating templates and governance for centralized sites and lists.

You will manage global SharePoint projects and continuously improve tools, deploying and troubleshooting environments while ensuring Security and compliance. Fluency in English is required, with a background in Microsoft technologies and migrations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record administering SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (hybrid environments).
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Hands-on development experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Solid proficiency in C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Nice to Have: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Graph API.
• Background in large-scale SharePoint migrations (On-Premises to Cloud).
• SQL Server knowledge.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, SharePoint, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Implementation, development, and maintenance of SharePoint and Web services solutions.
• Define centralized templates and governance for SharePoint sites and lists.
• Manage or participate in global SharePoint and Web services projects.
• Perform technical maintenance and optimize system performance.
• Deploy, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot SharePoint environments and web apps.
• Provide 2nd-level support and resolve complex incidents.
• Define functional requirements, security standards, backup policies, and operational processes.
• Education: contribute to user manuals and training materials.
