Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Services Ordering and Invoicing Officer for the Airbus GBS team. You will manage accurate and timely administration of services transactions, including order acknowledgement, validation, creation and invoicing, and you will send invoices and statements to customers.

You will ensure data accuracy for final bills, fix billing errors with credit notes, handle customer queries, maintain up-to-date records, and support monthly reporting by service line.

Qualificações

• Experience in administration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accurate administration of Airbus SAS services transactions.
• Process service orders and invoicing.
• Create and send invoices and statements to customers.
• Ensure data accuracy for final bills and fix billing errors with credit notes.
• Handle customers' ordering and billing queries.
• Provide monthly status reports by service line using Airbus reporting system.
