SBM Offshore in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Reliability Engineer to ensure asset reliability through maintenance planning, root cause analysis, and incident investigations. You will lead RCAs and feedback actions to maintenance plans, supporting standardized fleet strategies within the Reliability discipline.

You will maintain the CMMS during operations, drive continuous improvement, and define effective maintenance plans.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Oil and gas industry experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning and CMMS.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out incident investigations and close follow-up on actions.
• Maintain the CMMS during Operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement Maintenance Efficiency Audit programs to ensure work order quality.
• Develop and publish KPIs for maintenance strategy aligned with annual targets.
• Collaborate with unit teams to ensure clear, effective strategy execution.
• Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics to identify improvements.
