iCapital seeks a VP/SVP, Product & Audience Marketing to join its International Marketing & Communications team in Lisbon. You’ll lead product positioning, GTM initiatives, audience engagement, and sales enablement across LATAM and Canada.

You will collaborate with Product, Platform Solutions, Client Solutions, regional leaders, and U.S. Product Marketing to ensure offerings are brought to market outside the U.S., combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, audience marketing, asset management, wealth management, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of private markets, alternatives, investment products, or wealth management.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into compelling, client-focused marketing materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across international markets and multiple time zones.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Product & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for products, solutions, and platform capabilities; partner with Client Solutions, Product, and regional leadership to translate priorities into strategies; support international launch and adoption of new offerings.
• Audience Marketing & Campaigns: Develop audience-led programs targeting wealth managers, banks, and advisors; drive regional campaigns, webinars, content programs, and events; partner with U.S.-based teams to optimize engagement.
• Localization & Sales Enablement: Adapt U.S. materials for regional use; develop sales enablement content and client-facing materials; collaborate with Compliance and Legal on regional requirements.
• Stakeholder Management & Performance: Act as strategic marketing partner to regional leaders and Client Solutions; measure campaigns and provide insights; support development of International marketing function and operating model.
