Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a driven intern to support the Brazilian Ecommerce team with KPI monitoring, account management on Amazon and Mercado Livre, and automation of reporting workflows. You will collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to deliver insights and assist in media buying decisions.

Ideal candidates are studying or have graduated in business or related fields, with strong analytical skills, independence, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

Strong analytical skills and quick learner.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Brazilian Ecommerce team to monitor KPIs via daily reviews.
Manage accounts with marketplaces such as Amazon and Mercado Livre.
Streamline and automate performance tracking and reporting workflows.
Partner with Marketing and Business Development for cross-functional analytics.
Support media buying and steer paid-channel investments and campaigns.
Contribute to strategic channel analytics to identify growth opportunities.
