A prominent IT consulting firm in Lisbon is seeking a Junior PMO for an upcoming project. In this role, you will be responsible for producing vital documents, generating KPI reports, and organizing all committee activities with various stakeholders. Candidates should have at least one year of PMO experience, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. We are looking for an Junior PMO for a new project!

Responsabilities:

• Provision of files required for the activity.
• KPI production.
• Communicating with interlocutors.
• Produce the necessary reports.
• Organization of all the committees with the departments and other stakeholders of the group: preparation of materials, drafting of reports, monitoring of actions taken.
• Contribute to the formalization of group activity: Drafting and updating of procedures.

Requirements:

• At least one year’s experience of PMO activities.
• Pack office tools such as Powerpoint and Excel.
• Collaborate, communicate (both in writing and orally), convince the different types of interlocutors and propose solutions.
• Document the processes and controls carried out.
• Experience with Power Bi is a Plus.
• Ability to manage a project;
• Ability to facilitate a meeting a seminar, a committee, a training course.
• Good level of English.
