Aghanim is a global payments platform powering mobile games, enabling studios to connect with players, sell directly, and own their future.

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to resolve complex payment and account issues, maintain high‑quality user communication, and keep critical workflows reliable. You will investigate non-trivial problems, coordinate with Product, Engineering and Payments teams, and help scale our support operations with process improvements and automation.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer support or technical support.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical issues in a user-friendly way.
• Ability to work in a shift-based or flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and professional support to players regarding payments, accounts, and platform usage.
• Investigate complex payment and account issues beyond automated support.
• Validate payment status and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Distinguish between payment issues, product defects, and game-related inquiries.
• Manage incoming requests and ensure SLA compliance.
