Farfetch is seeking a Project Manager – Supply Chain & Operations in Porto to lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operational performance and support global growth. You will own end-to-end projects affecting supply chain design, operations excellence and partner performance, guided by a customer-focused mindset.

The role requires structured thinking, strong stakeholder management and hands-on problem solving at scale, with exposure to senior leadership and complex initiatives

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Consulting or project management in fast-paced tech-enabled environments.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights (Excel required; SQL/BI tools a plus).
• Structured problem solver with ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle complex operational challenges.
• Experience in large-scale e-commerce or marketplace operations is highly valued.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on high-impact cross-company initiatives and drive progress in senior forums.
• Drive initiatives to simplify processes, reduce variability and improve system reliability.
• Define roadmaps, milestones and KPIs; align across Operations, Technology, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions and prioritise work.
• Ensure initiatives are scalable, sustainable and aligned with long-term platform strategy.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a problem solving and execution-focused Project Manager – Supply Chain & Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance and support Farfetch’s global growth.

You will own complex, end-to-end projects that impact supply chain design, operational excellence and partner performance always with a customer experience mindset. This role requires structured thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic and operational projects across Supply Chain & Operations, from problem definition through execution and impact measurement
• Analyse internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement across supply chain and operational workflows, including goods flow optimisation, partner and supplier performance, process scalability, and end-to-end operational efficiency. Apply a structured, problem-solving mindset to diagnose root causes, define actionable solutions, and drive continuous operational improvements through data-driven decision making
• Work directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic cross-company initiatives. Lead complex, high-visibility projects that influence business-critical decisions, operating with intensity and clarity in senior forums
• Drive operational excellence initiatives by simplifying processes, reducing variability, and increasing system reliability
• Define clear roadmaps, milestones and KPIs, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders including Operations, Technology, Finance and Commercial teams
• Use data and performance metrics to influence decision-making and prioritisation
• Ensure initiatives are scalable, sustainable and aligned with long-term platform strategy
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Consulting, or complex project management roles within fast-paced, tech-enabled environments
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights (advanced Excel required; SQL or BI tools are a plus)
• Structured problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex operational challenges
• Experience working in large-scale e-commerce, marketplace, or high-growth operational environments is highly valued
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels
• Execution-oriented, with a bias for action and results
• Excellent communication skills in English
