Qualificações

• University degree required with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience and knowledge across various operational fields, particularly customs clearance.
• PM certification preferred (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)

Responsabilidades

• Root cause analysis based on dashboards or data queries.
• Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives for customs clearance operations.
• Collaborate with local operations, Planning, Compliance and Engineering to enhance service.
