PTJ Fedex Express Portugal, Unip., Lda is seeking a qualified Clearance Broker to join our customs team. The role focuses on ensuring on-time clearance and compliant processing, with emphasis on accurate data entry and proactive client communication.

You will collaborate with customs, prepare documentation, and verify information to support fast, efficient clearance. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and German, with strong analytical and time-management abilities.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (B2-C1) and German (B2-C1) to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good time management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork.
• Verify accuracy of customs documents and paperwork.
• Contact clients by email to obtain missing information for clearance.
• Input shipment data into systems accurately and timely.
• Produce and validate data to ensure regulatory compliance and clearance.
• Maintain performance in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
