You will perform root-cause analysis using dashboards or data queries and lead quality and process improvement initiatives to support customs clearance objectives.

• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives for customs clearance objectives.
• Collaborate with local customs clearance ops teams as well as Planning and Engineering, Compliance and Regulatory to improve service.

• Support programs/projects across regions with multiple departments.
