The role requires a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Economics, with 6-8 years in strategic roles. You will collaborate with regional directors and mentor junior analysts to scale central strategies locally.

Qualificações

• 6-8 years in a strategic role within operations or a consultancy.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate into strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of global fleet operation strategies (capacity planning, real estate, customer experience, training, health & safety).
• Create and standardize operational procedures for central and local teams.
• Perform advanced operational data analyses to uncover trends and insights.
