Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency across the Caparica region. You will own end-to-end processes from real estate to supplier management, reporting KPIs and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Lead, you will optimise procedures and partner with local teams to scale operations while maintaining health and safety standards. This role is based in Caparica, PT.
