ManpowerGroup GBS Portugal is seeking an O2C Supervisor to lead day-to-day billing and time-management activities, while ensuring SOX compliance and governance. You will guide an international O2C team, coach staff, and collaborate with internal partners to optimize end-to-end processes and customer satisfaction.

Located in Porto with a hybrid working model, this role emphasizes performance through KPIs and audits, driving measurable improvements across the region while maintaining strong

Competenze

• Experience leading medium to large international O2C teams.
• In-depth understanding of O2C leading practices.
• Knowledge of internal controls, segregation of duties and compliance best practices.
• Strong grasp of basic accounting concepts and how O2C impacts financial performance.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee output and quality of the O2C accounting/analyst team.
• Ensure clear working relationships with the BPOs.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor O2C staff.
• Billing, collection activities and resolution of customer disputes are performed timely and accurately.
• Monitor performance through metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Support implementation of standard O2C processes and improvements across the region.
• Identify and address process gaps impacting customer experience and timeliness.
• Support managing escalation and exception processes within the GBS team.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and related regulations; act as primary contact for internal/external audits.
